The contract is simple, straightforward and to the point. It reads: Fighting Irish Fight for Life National Letter of Intent I, _________, accept the invitation to join the University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish for the 2015-16 school year. Late last night we caught wind of the great story of White Bear Lake Hockey and it’s captain Michael Johnson. Johnson’s father Tom passed away before the season opener, yet his memory lives on through his son and his son’s team. Just another great story about how your teammates become your family, especially when times get rough. Story by @DavidMcCoyWCCO
The sports world lost a great man last night as ESPN anchor has passed away after a very public fight with cancer. Keep fighting everyone, that’s what Stuart would have wanted.
Yesterday the Utah Jazz signed a new star, he may be a tad smaller than the usual player, but his heart is just as big. JP Gibson is a very brave 5 year old who is battling acute lymphoblastic leukemia. JP is also a huge basketball fan. Gibson signed a one-day contract and was able to suit up and sit with the Jazz on the bench for last night’s game.

Knowing the value of a team, the Bengals, moved Still to the practice squad so that Leah’s father could stay on the team’s payroll, and insurance, while he cared for his daughter. The team also went one step further by allowing ...[Read More]
